Fed up man sues telemarketers... and wins!

Fed up with annoying telemarketers after placing his name on the national do not call registry, a man has sued telemarketers under the 1991 Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act. It allows people who are being annoyed by persistent telemarketers to file suit against the telemarketing company in small claims court. The man has already won $6,100 in lawsuits.
