Hosted by Tim Russert, Meet the Press is a weekly NBC political talkshow spotlighting the most pressing issues in politics and world events. This week's issue: Iraq and what we should do next. President Bush has decided to send thousands of additional troops to the war torn region, a surge as he refers to it. He is scheduled to address the nation of this decision on Wednesday, January 10, 2007. Senator Joe Biden from Delaware and Senator Lindsey Graham from South Carolina, both of which have been to Iraq for a first hand assessment, debate this decision and what is best for Iraq and the United States both in the short term and the long term.
